Prof. Victor Albuquerque, Federal University of Ceará, Brazil

Victor Hugo C. De Albuquerque (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E. degree in mechatronics engineering from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Ceara, Ceará, Brazil, in 2006, the M.Sc. degree in teleinformatics engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), Fortaleza, Brazil, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Federal University of Paraíba, João Pessoa, Brazil, in 2010. He is currently a Professor and a Senior Researcher with the Department of Teleinformatics Engineering, UFC. His research interests include image data science, the IoT, machine/deep learning, pattern recognition, automation and control, and robotics.
