Dr. Xiangjie Kong is currently a Full Professor and Associate Academic Dean with the College of Computer Science & Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology (ZJUT), Hangzhou, China. Previously, he was an Associate Professor with the School of Software, Dalian University of Technology (DUT), Dalian, China, where he was the Head of the Department of Cyber Engineering. He is the Founding Director of City Science of Social Computing Lab (The CSSC Lab) (http://cssclab.cn/). He is/was on the Editorial Boards of 6 International journals. He has served as the General Co-Chair, Workshop Chair, Publicity Chair or Program Committee Member of over 30 conferences. Dr. Kong has authored/co-authored over 200 scientific papers in international journals and conferences including IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, ACM TKDD, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TII, IEEE TITS, IEEE NETW, IEEE COMMUN MAG, IEEE TVT, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE TSMC, IEEE TETC, IEEE TASE, IEEE TCSS, WWWJ, etc.. 5 of his papers is selected as ESI- Hot Paper (Top 1‰), and 18 papers are ESI-Highly Cited Papers (Top 1%).  His research has been reported by Nature Index and other medias. He has been invited as Reviewers for numerous prestigious journals including IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TNSE, IEEE TII, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE COMMUN MAG, IEEE NETW, IEEE TITS, TCJ, JASIST, etc.. Dr. Kong has authored/co-authored three books (in Chinese). He has contributed to the development of 14 copyrighted software systems and 20 filed patents. He has an h-index of 50 and i10-index of 120, and a total of more than 8100 citations to his work according to Google Scholar. He is named in the2019-2021 world’s top 2% of Scientists List published by Stanford University. Dr. Kong received IEEE Vehicular Technology Society 2020 Best Land Transportation Paper Award, and The Natural Science Fund of Zhejiang Province for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has been invited as Keynote Speaker at 5 international conferences, and delivered a number of Invited Talks at international conferences and many universities world.

孔祥杰博士现任中国杭州浙江工业大学计算机科学与技术学院正教授、副院长。此前，他是中国大连理工大学软件学院副教授，并担任网络工程系主任。他是城市科学与社会计算实验室（The CSSC Lab）（http://cssclab.cn/）的创始主任。他现任/曾任 6 家国际期刊的编委。他曾担任 30 多个会议的总联合主席、研讨会主席、宣传主席或项目委员会成员。孔博士在IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMC、ACM TKDD、IEEE TNSE、IEEE TII、IEEE TITS、IEEE NETW、IEEE COMMUN MAG、IEEE TVT、IEEE IOTJ、IEEE TSMC、IEEE TETC、IEEE TASE、IEEE TCSS、WWWJ等国际期刊和会议上撰写/合著了200多篇科学论文。他的 5 篇论文入选 ESI 热门论文（前 1‰），18 篇论文入选 ESI 高被引论文（前 1%）。 他的研究被《自然-索引》等媒体报道。他曾受邀担任许多著名期刊的审稿人，包括 IEEE TKDE、IEEE TMC、IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TNSE、IEEE TII、IEEE IOTJ、IEEE COMMUN MAG、IEEE NETW、IEEE TITS、TCJ、JASIST 等。孔博士撰写/合著了三本中文书籍。他参与开发了 14 个受版权保护的软件系统，申请了 20 项专利。他的 h 指数为 50，i10 指数为 120，根据谷歌学术统计，他的研究成果被引用的次数超过 8100 次。他入选了斯坦福大学发布的 2019-2021 年全球前 2% 的科学家名单。孔博士曾获 IEEE Vehicular Technology Society 2020 最佳陆地交通论文奖和浙江省自然科学基金杰出青年学者奖。他曾应邀在 5 次国际会议上做主题发言，并在国际会议和世界多所大学做了多次特邀报告。
