Zhang Yongtang (1981-), male, Ph.D. candidate, professor of Guangzhou Baiyun University, director of Guangdong Software and Information Service Engineering Technology Research Center, member of Guangdong Provincial Electronic Information Professional Teaching Steering Committee, mainly engaged in information communication and cyberspace security technology research.
